The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the small side, just a bed (room enough for the 4 of us,2 adults and 2 kids...9 & 6 year old) the ensuite was small but anything worked. We only used it for sleeping, so it was fine. The breakfast was adequate, toast and sweet rolls plus egg mayo and jams. Also, coffees and juice. It's a 3-5 min walk to the station Would I stay here again.....yes.

The property is clean and has accomodating & friendly staff. The Indian guy in front desk was so helpful and polite same with Japanese staff named Kenjie. He was so friendly to kids and very warm. Also, the hotel is just 7-8 minutes from Disneyland and Disneyland which will cost you around ¥1,900-¥2,500 one way.

It is very good located, most of people doesn’t speak English but they still try they’re best. The happiest moment was with a receptionist called Kenji not only super kind, helpful and friendly but also he speaks English and Spanish!!! It is one bus away (like 15minutes) from Disney, very safe and comfortable. Breakfast included, so good!

Kenji and all the staff were extremely accommodating and kind! The hotel was always very clean. I requested an additional blanket and pillows because I get extra cold, an iron and help making some local calls. Everyone was happy to help me and I truly appreciate that!! Thank you so much for making my stay a wonderful experience.

Staff has always been awesome and helpful. Particular thanks to Mr. Murakami who assisted me in getting my luggage transferred from Tokyo to Osaka--arigatou gozaimasu! Also, the egg salad from breakfast is meccha oishi!

It’s close to Urayasu station and also near to Disneyland Tokyo. Peaceful area. You can easy find convenient stores and restaurants close by.Complimentary breakfast which was good according to my taste.

Location is the best. So many restaurants and marts close by. Urayasu Station is about 5 minutes walk. Fresh towels daily.

Great helpful staff, pick n go breakfast included, daily towels. First real western bed I had slept in in almost 2 weeks, and it was great.
